How to make Jain khichri (Rice cooked with mung dal, varieties of vegetables and clarified butter)

Ingredients:

basmati rice, mung dal, green peas, carrots, peanuts, beans, cauliflower, oil, salt, one Indian green pepper clarified butter, cumin seed, turmeric powder, green bell pepper and cilantro leaves to garnish.

Direction:

Put basmati rice, mung dal, green peas, peanuts, finely copped carrots, finely chopped beans, chopped cauliflower, chopped green bell peppers in a pressure cooker and add water. Make sure that water is sufficient to cook everything perfectly. After the rice along with mung dal and vegetables are cooked properly, heat oil and fry cumin seed and one chopped Indian green pepper then add coked rice along  with the cooked vegetables. Then add turmeric powder and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. After its cooked properly add clarified butter to it. Then serve your jain veg khichri with cilantro leaves.
