How to make lemon rice

Ingredients:

cooked rice, peanuts, cashew, turmeric powder, salt, cilantro leaves, curry leaves, mustard seeds, olive oil and lemon juice

Direction:

Heat the oil and fry cashew, peanuts, mustard seeds, cilantro leaves, curry leaves with turmeric powder and little bit of salt. Then add the cooked rice in that mixture and cooked for 1 minute. After that add lemon juice in the rice and mix it well and cook for another 1 minute and your lemon rice is finally ready.
