After frying the matar, add a pinch of turmeric powder, 1 teas spoon coriander powder, 1 tea spoon garam masala according to the quantity of your matar, 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder, salt as per your taste and fry it for sometime in a medium flame.

You need to keep stirring it otherwise it can stick to the pan.

When the vegetables will be fried enough you can add tomatoes.

After adding tomatoes cook it in a medium flame for sometime.

After adding tomatoes you need check on your curry many times as you do not want to overcook it.

When the tomatoes are soft and cooked well you will know that your tasty matar paneer is ready.

My matar paneer does not have any soup.

If you wish to keep some soup in your matar paneer you can add water before adding tomatoes.

Thus you will have little soup in your matar paneer.

But after adding water you need to cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Then you can add tomatoes.

You can try this tasty matar paneer with roti, naan or rice.

I love to eat matar paneer with roti.
