Tomato

salt

one medium size onion

cilantro or coriander leaves

avocado

black beans

corn

your choice of vegetable curry

capsicum

lettuce

guacamole

cheddar or monterey Jack cheese

Instructions


Chop onion.

Chop tomatoes.

Chop cilantro or coriander leaves.

Boil black beans and corn in salt water.

Slice avocado.

Chop capsicum.

Chop lettuce or shred some lettuce.

Cook your favorite vegetable curry. You can cook paneer, tofu or any other vegetable curry.

Cook rice.

Take a bowl and add cooked rice, vegetable curry, chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum,

chopped lettuce, boiled black beans, boiled corn, chopped onions, guacamole, cheddar cheese,

chooped cilantro or coriander leaves and mix them well with rice.

Then add sliced avocados on the top and enjoy your rice bowl.
