Ingredients


Garbanzo beans or chickpeas

Onions

Salt

Coriander powder

Cumin powder

Cilantro leaves

Oil

All purpose flour

Water

Red chilli powder

Sesame seeds

Baking soda

Black pepper.

Instructions


Soak the garbanzo beans over night in the water.

Dice some onions.

Chop 2-3 cloves garlic.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add little amount of black pepper.

Add little half a spoon of baking soda.

Add little amount of red chilli powder.

Add some sesame seeds.

Add 1-2 spoons of all purpose flour.

Add 2-3 spoons plain water and mix them in a mixture machine.

Make it a little coarse paste and rest it for 3-4 hours.

Then heat some oil.

And make small balls out of the paste and deep fry it in a low flame properly.

Then enjoy it with pita bread or rice.
