Add cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaf in water and boil it.
Add rice to the boiling water.
Cook rice properly and drain the excess water.
Add saffron and 4-5 spoons water in a bowl.
Soak saffron in the water for 2-3 hours before using it.
Add the saffron water to the cooked rice and mix it well.
Serve with your favourite veggies.
